Popcaan - Love Yuh Bad (Music Video)

“Love Yuh Bad” is the second single off of Popcaan’s much anticipated debut album, Where We Come From, released on June 10th via Mixpak. Hot on the heels of the lead single “Everything Nice,” this sultry and energetic second single is a love song for the dance. Produced by Dre Skull (who also serves as the album’s executive producer), “Love Yuh Bad” pairs Popcaan’s signature melodiousness and catchy rhythmic flow with skipping percussion and driving strings. DJ Batz & Klipz “The Foundation.” They describe the video as being a dedication to all housing project and those going through the day-to-day struggle. DJ Batz had a vision for the video and song as he chose to sample the voice of the late reggae legend Dennis Brown, also known as the Crown Prince of Reggae Music. Klipz, an upcoming artist from Ajax, Ontario, heard the beat that DJ Batz sampled and later recorded on the riddim. The duo are set to release their Back On My Feet mixtape on Swagga Right Entertainment. The video was directed by Clay Peter.
